Refunds

All sales of digital products, courses, and memberships are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Consulting sessions may be rescheduled if canceled at least 24 hours in advance, but missed sessions without notice may forfeit the session fee.

5. Subscription Services

Some of our products and services may be offered as recurring subscription services. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Kennedi Madison LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable and will remain in effect until the subscription is canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will continue to have access to the subscription through the end of your current billing period.
