1. Courses, Programs, Digital Products, and Podcast
All sales for digital products, courses, memberships, and podcasts are final. We do not offer refunds once access is granted to these materials, except where required by law.

2. Physical Products
Kennedi Madison LLC does not sell physical products directly. However, our physical books are available for purchase on Amazon.com. These transactions are managed by Amazon, and any refunds or returns for our physical books must be handled through Amazon's refund process.

In the event that Kennedi Madison LLC begins selling physical products directly in the future, a specific refund policy will apply. We will not offer refunds on physical products; however, we guarantee to address any issues promptly and will work diligently to ensure customer satisfaction. Should any problems arise with a physical product, we will do everything within our power to resolve the situation in a timely manner.

3. Consulting Sessions
Cancellations for consulting sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a rescheduling opportunity. Missed sessions without notice may forfeit the session fee.
